Messaging bots
Message your computer from wherever you are — full tool access, streaming responses, and conversations synced back to the web UI.
Telegram · Slack · WhatsApp · Signal
What you can do
Ask it to check a build, push a fix, or explain a file. The bot runs the same agent as the web chat, in a workspace you assign, with the same tools and approval behavior. Replies stream in and edit in place as the answer grows (Telegram rich formatting, Signal edits where supported, Signal group chats reply to the right group).
Commands
| Command | Effect |
|---|---|
/workspace | Switch the workspace this conversation targets. |
/new | Start a fresh conversation. |
Setup
Add a bot in Admin → Messaging:
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Platform | Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, or Signal. |
| Name | Label in the bots list. |
| Workspace | Which workspace the bot operates in. |
| Model | Which model answers. |
| Token | The platform bot token / credentials (stored masked). |
| Allowed senders | Optional allowlist of sender IDs who may talk to the bot. |
| Active | Start/stop the connection. |
Verify the token, then start the bot. WhatsApp uses an inbound webhook; the others connect out. Each bot is a supervised connection that can be started and stopped independently.
A messaging bot is a way to reach AI Labs without exposing a port or running a tunnel — the bot connects out to the messaging platform.
