Hrida.ai — A Proprietary Product by Zlabs Innovation
Hrida.ai is a proprietary product developed and owned by Zlabs Innovation. Use of Hrida.ai is subject to the terms of this license. The "Hrida.ai" branding must be retained in all deployments unless you qualify under one of the explicit exemptions below or hold a valid enterprise license from Zlabs Innovation.
Hrida.ai is built, owned, and maintained by Zlabs Innovation. All intellectual property rights — including the software, its interfaces, branding, and associated documentation — are the exclusive property of Zlabs Innovation.
Use of Hrida.ai in any form (deployment, integration, redistribution, or modification) is governed by this license. By using Hrida.ai, you agree to these terms in full.
Key principles:
- Hrida.ai is a proprietary product — all rights are reserved by Zlabs Innovation.
- The "Hrida.ai" name, logo, and branding must remain visible and unaltered in all deployments, except where explicitly permitted below.
- Commercial use, white-labeling, and enterprise deployments require a valid license from Zlabs Innovation.
- Contributions to Hrida.ai require signing the Contributor License Agreement (CLA), which assigns rights to Zlabs Innovation.

Effective with v1.0.0 (April 19, 2026):
Hrida.ai's license:
- Prohibits altering, removing, obscuring, or replacing any "Hrida.ai" branding (name, logo, UI marks, etc.) in any deployment or distribution, except:
- Deployments with 50 or fewer users in any rolling 30-day period;
- Substantive contributors who have obtained specific prior written permission from Zlabs Innovation;
- Organizations holding a valid enterprise license from Zlabs Innovation that explicitly permits branding changes.
- Requires CLA for all new contributions (v1.0.0+).
- All intellectual property in Hrida.ai belongs to Zlabs Innovation.

No. Redistribution, sublicensing, or resale of Hrida.ai in any form — with or without modification — is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission from Zlabs Innovation. All distribution rights are reserved by Zlabs Innovation.

All contributions to Hrida.ai require signing the Contributor License Agreement (CLA), under which intellectual property rights for contributed code are assigned to Zlabs Innovation. This ensures Zlabs Innovation retains full ownership and control of the product. No contribution may be made without a signed CLA.
Violation of any term of this license — including unauthorized modification, redistribution, or removal of branding — constitutes a material breach and immediately terminates your rights to use Hrida.ai. Zlabs Innovation reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.
No. Hrida.ai is a paid, licensed product — there is no free tier or free edition. A free demo is available so you can evaluate Hrida.ai before purchasing a license. Contact Zlabs Innovation at hello@hrida.ai or visit the Enterprise page to request a demo.
Any deployment or distribution based on Hrida.ai must prominently display the following notice in the About section, landing page, or equivalent location:
"This product is based on Hrida.ai by Zlabs Innovation. This deployment is not affiliated with or maintained by the official Hrida.ai team at Zlabs Innovation."
Transparency is required. Branding must remain intact and the origin must not be misrepresented.

- The "Hrida.ai" name and logo must remain in their original, prominent locations throughout the application — including the header, sidebar, login screens, and about page.
- All "Hrida.ai" visual elements — logos, wordmarks, About/Help links, and credits screens — must remain unmodified and fully visible.
- You must not obscure, overlay, or minimize Hrida.ai branding in any way.
- Co-branding is not permitted — you may not place your own logo alongside or in comparable prominence to the Hrida.ai logo or name.
