Performance

The Performance page holds structured performance data and feedback per employee.

Performance data	Metrics and ratings recorded against an employee over a review period — drawn partly from attendance and timesheet summaries and partly entered by a manager.
Performance feedback	Written, structured feedback tied to the same period — the qualitative half beside the numbers.

HR_PERFORMANCE_MANAGE records and edits reviews. An employee sees their own history on the Employee portal's Performance page; a manager sees their reports' reviews through the org hierarchy.
